I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over twenty years’ experience supporting people where things feel difficult, confusing, or hard to change.
I offer a neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ inclusive space. I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures, and aim to offer a space where you can feel seen, respected, and understood.
We begin by gently making sense of what’s been happening for you, not just what feels difficult now, but how things have come to be this way, and what different parts of you might be carrying or trying to do.
There’s no pressure to go anywhere before you’re ready. We move at a pace that feels safe and honours your system.
At the heart of my work is creating a space where you can begin to feel more settled, and able to meet yourself with curiosity and care.
My work spans private practice and NHS secondary care services, where I continue to work with individuals, groups, and families, bringing a careful, steady, and highly attuned approach, with attention to safety and the wider context in which distress arises.
Alongside therapy, I also support psychologists and therapists, helping to develop depth and confidence in relational and parts-based approaches.
In supervision and training, I aim to offer that same quality of presence: a reflective and grounded space where both your clinical work and your own parts as a therapist are welcome.
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You don’t need to fit neatly into any category, but these are some of the ways people might describe what’s bringing them to therapy.
