All sessions are 60 minutes. A free 15–30 minute initial consultation is offered before beginning.
Sessions available on weekdays. BUPA registered, please provide authorisation details prior to your first session.
Training workshop pricing available on request.
A small number of reduced-fee places are occasionally available. Please enquire if cost is a barrier.
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee, except in cases of genuine emergency at my discretion. Non-attendance without notice is charged at the full session fee.
IFS consultation groups require a commitment of four sessions, payable in advance and non-refundable once booked.
Please note that cancellation fees are not covered by health insurance and are payable personally by the client.
