Taking the first step can feel daunting. I welcome enquiries regarding therapy, supervision, consultation or training. I aim to respond within 2–3 working days.

I offer a free 15–30 minute telephone or online consultation so we can connect, discuss what you are looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
